History:

  • 45 customer complaints with BBB in last 3 years

  • 5/20/2014 complaint on BBB about non-delivery of products, “Ordered 1/4 bag of silver 50 coins. Neglected to read reviews before hand. After I send them a check for over $4100 on Dec 31, 2013 I receive word that it will be 8 to 10 weeks before I will receive shipment. After that time expires that said it will ship by the 24 of March. Now they send me notice that it will be delayed another 30 days.
Please read there reviews these people are running a scam.”

  • 1/6/2014 complaint on BBB, “Overwhelming online reviews (over 1000)support my experience and the other multiple claims that this Business consistently and purposely misstates the time of delivery and extends to the maximum the will allow them to withhold funds, in the meantime collecting interest for months at a time, potentially for tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. The business profits by it’s business model of misrepresentation. The limits are supposed to be legal exceptions. This company has made it a regular practice.”
